I noticed some of these rectums are getting smarter. This one shaved off his goat and is letting his hair grow in an attempt to throw the cops off his trail.

Re-read the story, he didn't murder anyone. The punk was an accessory AFTER the fact, so they can't charge him with murder. Now he's gone big time and almost committed murder, by the time this boy gets out of prison he can rent out his tail end as a parking garage for motorcycles.

A large number of criminals that contributed to our economical despair were clean shaven and mistaken to be heroes to some, for getting them the loans they wanted on house purchases. Not all criminals have shaved heads and goatees. They come in all shapes and sizes. I have rocked a goatee and very short hair at various times throughout my life, and I lead a professional career and have a family. Does that mean people should think I beat others and steal and murder in my spare time???? The worst crime I ever committed was making a Califronia stop a stop sign when I was 18! Let's all try to not stereotype so much :)

Aw, come on Andy. It is just a joke. Not all men who sport a goatee and are shaven-headed are criminals.... but in this county it seems most of the criminals have shaved heads and goatees. Just an observation that people comment on.

I am not sure why society allows people to shave baby goats! And, the correct term for the child of pair of goats is "kid", not goatee! That is just baby-talk, and leads to lack of maturity.

So, speak correctly - while I don't condone the shaving of young cloven mammals of any type - (that's just cruel!), if you choose to engage in that horrible activity, you are shaving a "kid", not a "goat-ee".

I know that many of the folks on here were just having fun with the shaved head stereotype.

I also think that the mortgage brokers that “helped” people get mortgages they couldn’t afford acted like criminals. I have no doubt that they have done as much harm to our community as any of these punk kids. And they walked away with millions in commissions for their hard work. It is criminal – morally, if not according to the law. They have caused so many problems and have only been rewarded….no accountability at all!

I believe in live and let live. I'm a peaceful person until someone lays a hand on me. These kinds of punks tend to have more guts to pull crap in punk packs. I've been trained that a fight is always a fight for your life especially when out numbered. I got jumped by a punk pack in 99' and once the first guy threw a punch at me I went off on them. I broke a guy's arm, broke a nose, and stabbed a guy with his own knife. The last coward run but the cops still caught him. I didn't get charged with anything. I don't have a criminal record at all and of course I'm going to use any means necessary when its 4-6 guys against me. I wont hesitate to kill if I have to, especially lower life forms like this.

I know it sounds bad but its survival. Punk Packs dispatch and lose morale in a hurry when you draw first blood.

A group of 5 or 6 men? Come on, isn't there some type of gang statute to get all of the punks behind bars. I"ve never been oposed of two guys going at it after consenting... god knows some people just need a good beat down. But when these "hardcore" pansies gang up on someone, they should all go away, and for even longer then a standard punishment.

When a group like that attacks me I know they are sub-humans and I'll indiscriminately kill them like animals.

umm....he was walking down the street BY HIMSELF passed out in a field...where were these witnesses why didnt they help him and take him to the hospital that night? ....and if he was by himself and didnt know any of the guys that confronted him....how did they get calvins name? doesnt add up to me....how do u know the WITNESSES werent the guys friends and lied for him...maybe he started the fight.....who knows......and if you read the story he didnt murder anyone...he recieved stolen property after the fact!!!!!!!! real piece of $hIt if ya aske me!! lol

you are right...except that who knows who started what? what if a weapon was involved and parolee had to defend himself...uh yeah "hey man, i'm on parole. i can't get involved in a fight"... really wouldn't help in that instance...what if you were jumped? wouldn't you expect your friends to be there? walk away is always the best policy, but there are situations...

I don't know if this guy is a drug addict but there is a good chance. As most of you don't know there is a Proposition on the ballot (NUMBER 5). It is the worste Prop ever and back by George Soros (pro dope and the backer of legalizing all drugs). If this Prop passes you will see more of this and other crimes. I will give a brief summary and let all you decide.

Proposition 5 could provide, in effect, a “get-out-of-jail-free” card to defendants charged with crimes e.g. domestic violence, child abuse, mortgage fraud, identity theft, vehicular manslaughter, insurance fraud and auto theft, letting them effectively escape criminal prosecution altogether. If a violent offender is granted a hearing using “the drugs made me do it” defense, the burden of proof shifts to the prosecution to prove that the defendant should be held responsible for his or her crimes.

Under Proposition 5, someone who commits felonies – even violent felonies -- and claims “the drugs made me do it” will be referred to country-club like drug centers, not jail or prison. These criminals will receive better medical-care than many hard-working Californians – costing taxpayers millions.

Proposition 5 goes far beyond the drug-dependent individual; it also applies to drug dealers. For example those found with up to $50,000 worth of meth would be treated the same as an individual user. We need to keep focused on helping those who are drug-dependent, rather than dealers profiting off addiction. Prop 5 treats meth dealers the same as an individual drug user.

Proposition 5 changes the law so that these paroled felons can keep abusing drugs without being sent back to prison. In fact, under Prop 5 if a criminal tests positive for drugs while on probation or parole they won’t face jail-time or new criminal charges.

Proposition 5 creates an “Express Lane” for drug dealers to get back on the streets and peddling dope to our kids.
